REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Last updated: 13 September 2026
At Reclaimed by This to That Clearance, many of our items are pre-owned, reclaimed or one-of-a-kind. We aim to photograph and describe each item accurately, including significant signs of wear, marks, damage or imperfections that we are aware of.
CHANGE OF MIND – ONLINE ORDERS
If you purchase an item from us online and change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item within 14 days.
Unless the item is faulty or materially not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. This includes the cost of returning larger items, such as furniture, that cannot normally be returned by standard post.
Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession. We may make an appropriate deduction from the refund if the item's value has been reduced through handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.
PRE-OWNED & RECLAIMED ITEMS
Most Reclaimed stock has had a previous life. Signs of age and previous use, such as marks, wear, fading, patina or other imperfections, may therefore be present.
We will make reasonable efforts to show and describe significant imperfections in our photographs and product descriptions.
A mark, defect, sign of wear or other characteristic that was clearly disclosed before purchase will not normally constitute an undisclosed fault.
FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
If an item is faulty, damaged in a way that was not disclosed before purchase, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where you are legally entitled to reject an item because it is faulty or not as described, This to That Clearance will cover reasonable return costs.
Please contact us before arranging the return so that we can agree the appropriate return method.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made to the original payment method in accordance with your statutory rights.
For an eligible online cancellation, we will also refund the standard delivery charge originally paid where required by law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery service, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
IN-PERSON PURCHASES
Purchases made in person do not automatically carry a change-of-mind return right. Your statutory consumer rights still apply if an item is faulty or materially not as described.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Please contact This to That Clearance with your order details and reason for return before sending or arranging transport for an item. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy excludes, restricts or reduces your rights under UK consumer law.
