Reclaimed is operated by This to That Clearance, Waterlooville, Hampshire, UK.

We sell mainly pre-owned, reclaimed and one-off items. Products may show signs of age, wear and previous use. We aim to photograph and describe significant marks, damage and imperfections accurately. Please review all photos and descriptions before buying.

Prices are in GBP. Delivery charges will be shown or agreed before purchase. As many items are one-offs, if an ordered item is unavailable we will provide a full refund.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and advise us of relevant access restrictions for bulky items.

Online purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and UK consumer law. Customers pay return costs for eligible change-of-mind returns. Statutory rights apply to faulty or materially misdescribed goods.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
