POSTED ITEMS

Where postage is available, the delivery option and charge will be shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide available tracking information where applicable.

LOCAL & BULKY DELIVERY

Furniture and larger items may require local delivery or a separately arranged delivery service. Any applicable charge will be shown or agreed before delivery.

Customers must provide accurate contact and address details and tell us about stairs, restricted access or other circumstances that may affect delivery.

COLLECTION

Where collection is available, we will arrange a suitable collection time after purchase. Please do not travel to collect until arrangements have been confirmed.
